Booking Policy
Appointments are available by reservation and are booked through the Voltaire Spa website. I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Klarna and Afterpay are available at checkout for eligible purchases.
Your appointment is not confirmed until booking and payment have been successfully completed.
Cancelation/Rescheduling Policies & Fees
I understand that plans can change. Each appointment may be rescheduled one time when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Your payment will transfer to your new appointment.
After your one complimentary reschedule, any additional changes will require a new appointment to be booked and paid for online.
Same-day cancellations or rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your appointment cannot be accommodated, a new appointment must be booked and paid for online.
No-call/no-show appointments are nonrefundable and the payment will be forfeited. A new appointment and payment will be required to book again.
