All Voltaire Spa services, memberships, packages, and payments made toward appointments are non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming the correct service, date, and time before completing their booking. Refunds will not be issued for appointments booked for the wrong date or time. If you realize you selected the incorrect date or time, the appointment will be subject to Voltaire Spa’s standard rescheduling policy.

If you have a concern regarding a service you received, please contact me within 48 hours so I can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds will not be issued for completed services, missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or payments forfeited under Voltaire Spa’s cancellation and rescheduling policies
