Welcome to Voltaire Spa. By using this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, package, membership, gift card, or product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and applicable Voltaire Spa policies.
Appointments & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming the service, date, and time selected before completing their booking.
Services, availability, duration, and pricing are subject to change. Any applicable mobile travel fees or service minimums will be communicated as part of the booking process.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
After the one-time reschedule has been used, additional changes require a new appointment and payment.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Depending on the circumstances, a new appointment and payment may be required.
No-call/no-show appointments forfeit the full amount paid and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Services & Treatment Results
Services are customized based on the client’s individual needs, concerns, treatment history, and suitability for the selected service. Results vary from person to person and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Voltaire Spa reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a treatment when necessary based on the information provided by the client or observations made before treatment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information that may be relevant to their service, including known allergies, sensitivities, medications, medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and recent treatments when applicable.
Packages & Memberships
Packages and memberships are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase, including applicable expiration dates, usage limits, scheduling requirements, and service restrictions.
Packages, memberships, and unused sessions are non-refundable and may not be transferred unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.
Expired or unused sessions do not roll over unless specifically stated in writing.
Online Store & Gift Cards
Product purchases made through the Voltaire Spa online store are subject to the applicable refund, return, and shipping policies displayed on this website.
Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible Voltaire Spa purchases and are subject to any terms provided at the time of purchase. Gift cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

The content on this website, including Voltaire Spa branding, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
